How limits work

Monthly counters

Conversions and auto-fixes reset on the 1st of each month. When you hit the limit, you’ll see a message in the dashboard like:

Monthly conversion limit reached (5). Upgrade your plan.

Upgrading takes effect immediately and you can keep going.

Storage

Storage caps the total size of all your files combined, originals, converted copies, fixed copies, everything. Hit the cap, you can’t upload more until you delete something or upgrade. The Files page shows everything in one list with a delete button.

File size

Each upload has to fit under your plan’s per-file cap. A 26 MB file on Pro won’t go through; same file on Team is fine.

Trials and changing plans

A new account starts on Team trial for 14 days, no card needed. After that, you drop to Free unless you’ve added a paid plan. Change plans any time in Settings → Billing. Upgrades happen immediately and we prorate the charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
